MUSCAT – In a refreshing move towards normalcy, Al Injaz Private School held its investiture ceremony 2021-22, the first-ever in-person event after the post COVID reopening this year on October 25th 2021.

The Al Injaz Educators made sure that the students quickly forgot their eighteen months of online schooling as they carried out the election of the new Student Council in its most splendid way, yet ensuring the wellbeing of their staff and students by strictly following the C19 safety protocols. Moreover, the event was a reassuring step for the invited parents to see life for their children returning to normalcy.

Dr Sana Salem Al-Sananieh, the Assistant Director General of Curricula in the General Directorate of Curriculum Development with the Ministry of Education, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. She honoured the audience with her presence and awarded the badges and sashes to the newly elected Student Council and Head Boy and Head Girl.

Amita Sharma, the Director of Al Injaz Private School, inspired and motivated the young leaders as the Guest of Honour. While the instilling of duties and responsibilities was evident on the students’ faces, it was quite the spectacle to see the passion in their eyes whilst repeating the sacred words of the Council Oath.

The pledge was sealed with the Council Members signing the school’s official documents and the Head boy and Head girl saying the vote of thanks, expressing enormous gratitude to everyone present in the auditorium for making this possible.
