Ooredoo welcomes latest batch of women to Springboard

MUSCAT – Helping women from every walk of life break out of their shells and achieve their full potential, Ooredoo is back once again with its Springboard programme. Now in its 20th wave, the award-winning work and personal development programme has welcomed its latest batch of women, taking them through a series of workshops to tackle subjects like confidence building, goal setting, networking, work-life balance, and key business skills to become the entrepreneurs of tomorrow. Falling under its corporate social responsibility (CSR) programme, Goodwill, its Ooredoo’s promise to empower all members of society and help them fulfil their role in advancing sustainable development.

Running for over eight years and led by Ayesha Al Shoily, certified trainer and Ooredoo’s Head of CSR, Springboard is part of a global programme designed by women for women of all ages and backgrounds. To date, the programme’s tried and tested format has empowered more than 2,000 women across Oman, helping them to take control, become more assertive, increase their confidence and build themselves a more positive attitude in both their work and home lives.
