Customers will be able to feel the exclusivity, sophistication, and progressiveness the dealership offers across all touch points.The new landmark, which covers over 2,500 square meters, is designed with the customer in mind. The state-of-the-art facility features specific spaces for BMW, MINI, BMW M, MINI Next and BMW Premium Selection, as well as a fully-fledged service centre. The reimagined service reception has been meticulously integrated into the design concept, providing customers with the chance to view the repair team at work through glass panels in the lounge. The service centre comprises of 26 work bays, 8 of which will be exclusively for fast-tracked service, with the capability to service up to 120 cars per day. In order to adhere to customer’s needs throughout the whole ownership journey; the dealership also boasts a high-tech body shop, offering smart repairs and services.
