MUSCAT – The Authority for Public Services Regulation (APSR) gave directives to Nama Water Services Company to revise subscribers’ invoices that were overcharged.
APSR asked the company to remove extra sums charged in violation of regulatory frameworks. The Authority affirmed its keenness to keep a tab on licensed companies to ensure that they comply with regulatory frameworks that secure the rights of subscribers.
