India and Oman renew defence cooperation MoUs

MUSCAT – The Sultanate of Oman and Republic of India recently renewed the Memorandum of Understanding on Military Cooperation along with its Annexure. The signing ceremony was held at the Ministry of Defense, Sultanate of Oman. The document was signed by His Excellency Dr Mohammed bin Nasser Al Zaabi, the Secretary General of the Ministry of Defence, Sultanate of Oman and His Excellency Munu Mahawar, Ambassador of India to the Sultanate of Oman.

The Sultanate of Oman and Republic of India today also renewed the Memorandum of Understanding to Cooperate on Maritime Issues for which the signing ceremony was held at Maritime Security Centre, Sultanate of Oman. The document was signed by Rear Admiral Saif bin Nasser Al Rahbi, the Commander of Royal Navy of Oman,  and  the Head of Maritime Security Committee, and His Excellency Munu Mahawar, Ambassador of India to the Sultanate of Oman.
