Speaking on the occasion, Abdullah Tamman Al Mashani, General Manager – Products, Bank Muscat, thanked Visa for their continuous cooperation and partnership with Bank Muscat, which helped to organise this exciting promotion for the benefit of the bank’s customers and helped them attend the largest sports event in the world. He added: “Digital transformation has given financial institutions wider space to develop their services. Bank Muscat has always been keen to leverage this transformation successfully in its services and products. The success of this transformation was helped by the high demand from customers for the bank’s digital payment services. We always encourage our valued customers to transact digitally whether shopping locally or internationally.”
After launching the promotion in May 2022, all Bank Muscat Visa Credit and Prepaid Cardholders were automatically entered into raffle draws to select the winners when they used their Bank Muscat Visa Credit or Prepaid Card to make a minimum cumulative spend of RO 50 or more during the promotional period till 31 August 2022.
