Alizz Islamic bank support Oman Medical Association Omani Women’s Day celebrations

MUSCAT – Alizz Islamic Bank was the exclusive banking sponsor of the special ‘Omani Women’s Day’ Celebration that was organized by Oman Medical Association. The event was held at the Holiday Inn Muscat, under the patronage of HH Dr Mona bint Fahad bin Mahmoud Al Said, Assistant Vice Chancellor of Sultan Qaboos University (SQU), in the presence of a number of officials.

The annual Omani Women’s Day Celebration event aims to recognise the role and effort of Oman’s women in shaping the success of the country. A number of exciting activities took place at the celebrations including speeches by inspiring female speakers who pointed out the continuous participation of Omani women in different fields. Token gifts of appreciation were also presented to the attendants. It is worth noting that Alizz Islamic Bank rewards it’s female customers with a monthly draw for the Bank’s Bushra Prize Savings Account, Oman’s first Shari’a-compliant prize savings account whereby 10 female winners win 1,000 OMR each every month Commenting on the bank’s support Murtadha Jawad, AGM – Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications at Alizz Islamic Bank said: “We are dedicated to supporting programmes that have a positive impact on the society we operate in.
