MUSCAT — Kreston Menon Al Dohh announced its strategic entry into Oman, bringing together the long-established local expertise of Ali Al Dohh & Co. with the regional capabilities of Kreston Menon and the international reach of Kreston Global. The official launch event is scheduled on October 27, under the auspices of His Excellency Qais bin Mohammed Al Yousef, Chairman of the Public Authority for Special Economic Zones and Free Zones (OPAZ), at the Mandarin Oriental Muscat.
The new firm aims to create a comprehensive assurance and advisory platform that supports businesses operating in Oman, international investors seeking opportunities in the Sultanate, and Omani enterprises pursuing expansion into global markets. The combined practice will offer a broad portfolio of services, including audit and assurance, tax advisory, corporate and financial advisory, debt advisory, technology consulting, cybersecurity, and AI adoption advisory.
Commenting on the development, Raju Menon, Chairman of Kreston Menon, said: “Oman has tremendous potential as an investment destination and as a base for businesses with regional and international ambitions. The coming together of Ali Al Dohh & Co. and Kreston Menon combines an established Omani practice with more than three decades of regional experience. Kreston Menon Al Dohh will work alongside businesses as they respond to change, evaluate new opportunities, and pursue sustainable growth, both within the Sultanate and beyond its borders.”

The launch comes at a time when Oman continues to expand opportunities across priority sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, tourism, technology, renewable energy, and infrastructure. Kreston Menon Al Dohh intends to support these ambitions by providing investors with end-to-end advisory solutions, including market studies, feasibility assessments, business planning, due diligence, regulatory compliance, taxation, financing, and technology integration. The firm also aims to support Omani businesses seeking international growth by leveraging the extensive network of Kreston Global, one of the world’s leading associations of independent accounting and advisory firms.
Mohammed Al Dohh, Director of Kreston Menon Al Dohh, said:
“Over the years, we have developed a deep understanding of the Omani market and the evolving needs of businesses across key sectors. This association significantly broadens the capabilities available to our clients, providing access to specialist expertise across multiple disciplines and international markets through a trusted global network.”
The launch coincides with the 4th Kreston Middle East Conclave being held in Muscat, bringing together more than 100 delegates from 20 countries across the Middle East, Europe, Africa, India, and the United States. The conclave serves as a platform for discussing economic trends, cross-border opportunities, and enhanced collaboration among member firms serving businesses operating across multiple jurisdictions.
Sudhir Kumar, Chair of Kreston Middle East, said: “The Muscat conclave is about translating relationships within our network into meaningful opportunities for clients. By bringing together professionals from diverse markets, we can facilitate investment, expansion, and partnership opportunities while connecting businesses to the expertise they need to succeed. Oman presents exciting opportunities for international businesses, and we look forward to seeing these discussions contribute to greater collaboration and investment into the Sultanate.”
