MUSCAT – Eid Al Fitr holiday 1445 AH for the public and private sectors will be from Thursday, 29 Ramadan, corresponding to April 9, 2024. Official duty will be resumed on Sunday, April 14, 2024.
The Ministry of Labour pointed out that employers may agree on terms to engage employees on the said holiday—if deemed necessary—provided they compensate them for the holiday.
