Covid-19 Supreme Committee extends total lockdown until July 24

MUSCAT —The Covid-19 Supreme Committee has decided to extend the total lockdown on commercial activities and ban on movement of individuals and vehicles all day long starting from the 1st day of Eid Al Adha till the morning of Saturday, 24 July 2021.

The lockdown was earlier announced for a three day period. The full lockdown now will be from July 20 to July 24, 2021 until 4am.

The Supreme Committee also decided to lift the ban on travellers arriving from Singapore and Brunei Darussalam to the Sultanate with effect from 5 pm of Monday, 19 July 2021.
