MUSCAT – In line with Bank Muscat’s customer-centric vision “To serve you better, everyday”, and to enhance branches’ network that already counted to 178 branches in all over the Sultanate, a new branch was inaugurated at Madinat Al Nahdha in the Wilayat of Amerat recently in the presence of HE Sheikh Salem bin Rabie bin Khamis Al Sunaidi, Wali of Amerat and senior Bank’s officials.
The new branch is characterised by a modern design and distinctive space that provides customers comfort while completing their banking transactions. It is also located in a privileged location and close to the population density, shops and commercial institutions. The new branch features a number of unique facilities including dedicated Sayyarati, Baituna, and Najahi desks. Also, as part of the bank’s focus on improving access to persons with disabilities, the branch has implemented access ramps, teller counters and ATMs, which are disabled-friendly.
