
MUSCAT – The Royal Opera House Muscat presented an unforgettable evening with the legendary Rabeh Saqer, one of the most celebrated voices in Arabic and Gulf music, at the Royal Opera House Muscat Maidan, last week.
‘The Gulf Icon’
With a career spanning over four decades, Rabeh Saqer known as the ‘The Gulf Icon’ has touched generations through his heartfelt performances and his distinctive blend of traditional melodies with contemporary sounds. His journey began in 1983 with the release of Ya Naseem Al’lail, a debut that quickly established him as a rising star. Since then, he has released more than 30 albums and performed on stages across the region, building a legacy rooted in emotion and artistry.
In this special outdoor concert, Rabeh Saqer revisited some of his most cherished songs alongside new works, offering audiences an evening filled with warmth, nostalgia, and musical beauty. The event underscored the ROHM’s commitment to hosting the biggest stars of Gulf and Arab music.
