Sometimes, in our search for women who matter, we realise we don’t have to turn corners or climb hills. They can be just next door or even right beside us.
PURPLE didn’t turn a corner or climb a hill, but in our visits to some locations in Oman, we chanced upon some exceptional Omani women, steeped in Omani values and ethics and those with the ability to show the world that there are Omani women who embrace modernity, but are still rooted in traditional values and not losing their essence.
Here, we feature some inspiring Omani women, who are a force to reckon with. They have, in their own way, merged professionalism with authenticity and stuck to their values and ethics, but yet manage to stand out.
