MUSCAT — In line with its commitment to fostering a culture of recognition, rewarding excellence, and continuous investment in human capital, Bank Muscat organised its Annual Leadership Forum 2026 under the theme “From vision to impact.” The forum brought together members of the executive management, regional managers, branch managers from across the Sultanate, department heads, as well as branch managers from Meethaq Islamic Banking. This year’s forum reflected an advanced stage in the bank’s journey, where the focus has evolved beyond achieving success and milestones to maximizing the impact of these achievements on customer experience, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth.
The forum highlighted the importance of future-focused thinking, accelerating digital transformation, and fostering a culture of innovation as key pillars for leading the next phase. The event also served as a dynamic platform for dialogue and exchange of ideas, showcasing the bank’s key achievements while discussing strategic priorities for the upcoming period. This approach aims to enhance integration across teams and translate bank’s vision into practical initiatives that deliver tangible impact on the ground. Bank Muscat also honoured the winners of the CEO Excellence Awards, which celebrate outstanding performance and high-quality initiatives that have made a real difference in the workplace and in service development. These awards reaffirm the bank’s commitment to fostering a culture of excellence, encouraging initiative, and promoting innovation that directly enhances customer experience and service quality.
A number of the honoured employees expressed their pride in receiving this recognition. Adnan bin Ahmed Al Balushi, Acting Regional Manager Batinah South, stated: “On behalf of my colleagues, I am honoured to receive this recognition as part of the CEO Excellence Awards.
