MUSCAT — His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, the Supreme Commander, has issued a Royal pardon to 459 Omani and foreign prisoners convicted of different cases.
The Royal pardon coincides with the Prophet Mohammed’s Birth Anniversary. It also comes out of consideration for the families of the prisoners.
