
MUSCAT — As part of its ongoing efforts to foster a culture of sustainability, The Zubair Corporation continues to roll out its Sustainability Tours across its subsidiaries. The initiative aims to raise awareness of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles while promoting the adoption of sustainable best practices throughout the Group.
As part of the programme, The Zubair Corporation recently organised a specialised sustainability workshop in collaboration with INMA, a part of the Corporation’s Real Estate Development Sector. The workshop brought together employees from various departments, functions, and management levels to strengthen their understanding of sustainability and its role in supporting business continuity and long-term sustainable growth.

The workshop witnessed strong engagement from participants through interactive discussions, the exchange of ideas and experiences, and conversations centred on sustainability best practices. Participants also explored the challenges and opportunities associated with implementing ESG standards across their organisation. The workshop concluded by reinforcing the importance of continuously developing sustainability initiatives and embedding ESG best practices across the Group, further strengthening its culture of sustainability and enhancing organisational readiness for the future.
