
MUSCAT — During the current Al Masarrat Depression from 20 March 2026 until today, the Wilayat of Bahla has received the highest volume of rainfall in the Sultanate of Oman at 153 millimetres, followed by the Wilayat of Barka (137 mm) and the Wilayat of Bausher (112 mm).
The data, which was registered by monitoring stations run by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources, also showed that the Wilayat of Wadi Al Maawil received 111 mm of rainfall, followed by the Wilayat of Al Mussanah at 97 mm and the Wilayat of A’Seeb (96 mm).
